Cancellation Policy

Appointment Changes

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file.

Running Late

If you're running behind, please call us — depending on the treatment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on time for other clients.
